Ok so after much frustration I was told the possible problem with my strategy not running/trading could be because of missing code. Code I suspect gets it running on the proper currency pair so it will trade since I have absolutely no hand in being able to add it to my platform chart and see it running (which btw is a nuisance and very annoying) But now after adding this "code" my strategy will not compile and on the off chance it does compile it errors apon execution. Please please please help me before I have no hair left to pull out ;) lol
This is the code:
public void onStart(IContext context) throws JFException {
Set subscribedInstruments = context.getSubscribedInstruments(); subscribedInstruments.add(Instrument.EURUSD); context.setSubscribedInstruments(subscribedInstruments);
}
What is wrong with it that it won't run? And what should the code be to get my strategy running and trading like it does in the historical tester.
Thank you and have a nice weekend.
