Change of Intermediary Banks for AUD, CAD, CHF, GBP, and JPY Transfers

As part of our ongoing improvements to the payment infrastructure, Dukascopy is transitioning to Banking Circle as the new intermediary bank for processing bank transfers in AUD, CAD, CHF, GBP, and JPY.

Updated payment instructions for these currencies are now available in your personal client area under the Bank Transfer Instructions section.

We kindly ask all clients to update their payment instructions accordingly and to ensure that any counterparties involved in your transfers are also informed of these changes.

Please note that bank transfers made using outdated or incorrect instructions will be rejected, and the funds will be returned to the originating account.
