You can always get your Trader Contest account credentials by doing the following:
1. Log to Dukascopy Community.
2. Go to your profile page: https://www.dukascopy.com/fxcomm/profile/
3. Click on the "Show Login" link in the "Trader" section of the "My Contests Accounts" portlet.
